How do I book a car with Nada Al Ward?

How long does the booking process take?
Most bookings take 15–20 minutes from first message to keys in hand. Document verification is 5 minutes on WhatsApp, and we deliver across Dubai in 15–35 minutes depending on your location.
Can I book a car for the same day?
Yes. If we have your chosen car available, you can have it within 30–60 minutes. WhatsApp us with your details and we confirm immediately.
How far in advance can I book?
You can book up to 6 months in advance. For peak periods (December–February, Eid holidays), we recommend booking at least 1 week ahead to guarantee your preferred car.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before pickup. Changes to rental dates or car selection are free anytime — just WhatsApp us
Do I need to pay a deposit to reserve a car?
No reservation deposit needed. The AED 1,000 security deposit is collected at car handover, refundable in full when the car returns in the same condition
Can I book without a credit card?
Yes. We accept cash, credit card, and debit card for both rental payment and security deposit. Many customers prefer cash to avoid bank transaction fees
What documents do I need to rent a car in Dubai?
UAE residents need a valid UAE driving licence + Emirates ID + passport copy. Tourists need their home country driving licence + passport + visit visa copy. Tourists from non-US/UK/Canada/EU/GCC/Australia/NZ countries also need an International Driving Permit (IDP) from their home country.
Can tourists rent a car in Dubai?
Yes. Tourists can rent immediately on arrival with their passport, home country licence (or IDP for non-Western countries), and visit visa. The minimum age is 21.
I'm from Russia/India/China/Pakistan — what do I need?
Passport + visit visa + International Driving Permit (IDP) issued in your home country before travel + your original home country licence. If your licence is not in English or Arabic, an official translation is required.
What's the minimum age to rent a car?
21 years old for most cars. Some premium and 7-seater vehicles require age 25+. Bring proof of age (passport or Emirates ID).
Do I need a UAE licence if I'm a tourist?
No. Tourists drive on their home country licence (with IDP if required). Only UAE residents need a UAE-issued driving licence.
What if my driving licence is expired?
We cannot rent to drivers with expired licences. Renew your licence before booking. UAE licence renewal is fast — usually same-day at any RTA centre.
How much does it cost to rent a car in Dubai?
Daily rental starts from AED 50/day for a Kia Picanto. Weekly rates start from AED 350. Monthly from AED 1,050. Larger sedans, SUVs, and 7-seaters cost more — see individual car pages for current pricing.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. The price you see includes comprehensive insurance, 250 km/day mileage (5,000 km/month), Salik tag, maintenance, and 24/7 roadside assistance. Extra charges apply only for fuel, Salik tolls, traffic fines (actual amount), and delivery.
How do I pay for the rental?
Cash, credit card, or debit card — at handover or via bank transfer in advance. We do not charge any payment processing fees.
Is the security deposit refundable?
Yes — fully refundable after 15 days of car return, assuming no damage and all traffic fines are settled. Standard deposit is AED 1,000.
Will I be charged for fuel?
No fuel charges if you return the car at the same fuel level you received it. We do not refuel-and-charge — just bring it back full (or the level it was given).
What if I exceed the daily mileage limit?
Extra km are charged at AED 0.30/km. Daily limit is 250 km, monthly limit is 5,000 km. Most customers stay well within these limits.
Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?
Yes. Weekly rates are cheaper than 7 daily rentals. Monthly rates are the cheapest per-day rate. For 3+ month rentals, WhatsApp us for custom long-term pricing.
Is insurance included in the rental?
Yes. Comprehensive insurance is included on every rental, with theft protection. Covers damage to the car, third-party liability, and medical assistance.
What does the insurance cover?
Comprehensive coverage on the rental car, third-party liability, and roadside assistance. .
What's NOT covered by the insurance?
Damage from off-road driving, drunk driving, unauthorised drivers (anyone not registered on the rental), interior damage, and intentional damage. Tyre, windshield, and underbody damage may have limits — confirm at booking.
What happens if I have an accident?
Stay calm. Call us immediately on +971569572233 and call Dubai Police (999) If major accident. In case of minor accident get the Police report from Dubai Police App. Then we will handle all the insurance paperwork; you continue your trip with a replacement car if needed.
What if the car breaks down?
Call us on +971569572233 — we provide roadside assistance. We'll either resolve the issue on-site or bring a replacement vehicle. You're never stranded.
Is there an excess/deductible?
A standard insurance excess applies in case of accident or damage — typically the AED 1,000 deposit. Specific terms shared at booking.
Do you deliver cars in Dubai?
Yes — we deliver across all of Dubai. Delivery cost is AED 30–50 depending on location. Free pickup from our Al Qusais office.

How long does delivery take?
15–35 minutes depending on your location. Closest areas (Al Nahda, Al Rigga, Mirdif) take 10–18 minutes. Marina/JBR takes 30–45 minutes depending on traffic.

What happens if I get a traffic fine?
We notify you on WhatsApp and share the fine receipt. The amount is deducted from your security deposit at return — actual fine only, no markup or admin fee added to the fine itself.
What is Salik and how does it work?
Salik is Dubai's electronic toll system. Every rental car has a Salik tag fitted. Each toll crossing costs AED 4–6 depending on time of day. We add AED 1 admin fee per toll crossing. Total Salik usage is calculated at car return and deducted from the deposit.
Can I avoid Salik gates?
Yes — there are 10 Salik gates in Dubai, all on major highways. You can use alternative routes (D89, E311, E611) to avoid them. We have a full guide to Salik-free routes for each Dubai area.
Can I take the rental car to Sharjah or Abu Dhabi?
Yes — all our rentals include insurance valid throughout the UAE. No permission needed to drive to any other emirate.
Can I take the car off-road or into the desert?
Standard insurance does not cover off-road damage. For desert/off-road driving, message us before booking — we'll discuss the right car and any insurance considerations.
What if I want to extend my rental?
WhatsApp us with your new return date. Extensions take 5 minutes with no paperwork. Extra days are charged at your current rate (daily, weekly, or monthly).
What if I need to return the car early?
You can return the car early. Refunds for unused days depend on your rate type — We deduct on Prorated basis and refund the rest amount.
Can I drop the car off at a different location?
Yes — we can pick up from any Dubai location. A pickup fee may apply depending on the area. Free pickup from our Al Qusais office.
What's the difference between rental and lease?
Rental is short-term and flexible — daily, weekly, or monthly with no long-term contract. Lease is a fixed long-term agreement, usually 12+ months, with a contract. We offer flexible monthly rentals that work like a lease without the commitment.
How does monthly car rental work?
Pay monthly, no long-term contract. Includes comprehensive insurance, 5,000 km mileage, full maintenance, Salik tag, and 24/7 roadside support. Extend month-by-month as long as you need. Cancel anytime.
What's the cheapest monthly car rental in Dubai?
From AED 1,050/month for a Kia Picanto. Includes everything except fuel and Salik tolls. Most popular monthly cars: Kia Picanto, Nissan Sunny, Kia Pegas, Mitsubishi Attrage, Hyundai Accent.
Can I rent a car monthly without a credit card?
Yes. We accept cash and debit card for monthly rentals. Standard AED 1,000 security deposit applies.
Is monthly rental cheaper than buying a car?
For 1–3 year stays in Dubai, monthly rental is almost always cheaper than buying. You avoid down payment (AED 15–20K), depreciation (AED 400–700/month), maintenance, and the hassle of selling when you leave. Owning makes sense for 5+ year stays with daily use.
Can my company rent a car for me?
